These Terms govern your use of MilesOrbit. By creating an account or using the Services you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law.
2. Nature of the Services
MilesOrbit provides informational recommendations to help you optimize credit-card reward redemptions. We are not a bank, airline, hotel, or travel agent. We do not transact on your behalf. All bookings, transfers, and redemptions are executed by you with the respective issuer or program. Point transfers are typically irreversible — please verify everything before initiating.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Pro and Elite plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- Pricing is shown inclusive of applicable Indian taxes.
- Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store your full card data.
5. Acceptable use
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of the Services.
- No circumvention of usage limits or feature gates.
- No use for unlawful purposes, fraud, or violation of any third-party terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content, algorithms, software, and trademarks of MilesOrbit are our exclusive property or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Services for personal use during your subscription.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that recommendations will produce specific savings; redemption availability changes by the minute and is outside our control. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the Services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-derogable rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
10. Changes
We may amend these Terms; we will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
